Okay, first, let me confess. This email is only 10 seconds longer than my usual emails because this topic is super interesting and I hope you learn a lot from it.

So, please stay with me till the end…

Do you know that about 30% of our time in a day is spent daydreaming?

Here are the things you should analyze when you are dreaming next time.

The story goes something like this in your dreams.

There is a Hero (probably you)

A villain (unfinished business, people, or perhaps taxes ;)

There is a situation (a conflict) that overwhelm us with extreme emotions (the scene, other characters, a place)

and then, there is an action.

Imagine…

You (Hero) are asking for a promotion from your boss (situation). You need a raise because you had a new baby and your expenses are going up the roof (villain). Now in your mind, imagine you storm into your boss’s office and you slam the door, with your sleeves rolled up to your elbow you lean on his table and you say with a heavy breath, “Rick, I need a raise, or else I will quit.” Hence, action.

Okay, this may be a little overdramatic, however, very plausible. But, don’t you play the scenes like these…
